south facing pool/spa with an extended deck, and offers all of the latest features in vacation rentals.
With 4 bedrooms (including 2 master suites) plus 2 twin bedrooms and a pullout Queen-sized sleeper
sofa in the living room, this almost 2000 sq.ft. house will make the perfect vacation home away from
home for any size family or group of up to 10 guests. We are close enough to the parks to take a
mid-day break and come "home" for a swim (or nap), and return to the parks refreshed and ready for
more excitement!

Master Suite No. 1
Simply luxurious with a King size bed, cable TV with DVD/VCR,
full size dresser, walk in closet, and a rocking chair. The full size
bathroom has a garden tub & separate shower, double sinks, and
a hairdryer.
Master Suite No. 2
This room features a Queen size bed and full size dresser. It has it's
own private bathroom with tub/shower and hairdryer.
Twin Bedrooms
Bedrooms number 3 and 4 each contain 2 twin beds. One of the
rooms is decorated in a Winnie-the-Pooh theme, which is sure to
please the kids (or those who are kids at heart).
Family Room
The family room, located just off the kitchen is furnished with a comfortable Sofa and Love seat, perfect
for enjoying the Entertainment Center complete with 36" cable TV, Bose 321 surround sound system,
and DVD player. With a Playstation 2 with dual controls and games, a selection of family favorite
movies, and a small collection of cards and games, you will find plenty to keep you occupied on those
rare rainy days.

Kitchen
Our kitchen is fully equipped for as much (or as little) cooking as you would like to do. We have the full
size major appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave) as well as the smaller, but
equally important coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Add to this all the dishes, silverware, glasses,
pots/pans and utensils (including the ever popular ice cream scoop) and you will find that the only thing
missing is the food! A quick trip to the local store (2 miles away) to stock up on your family's favorites,
and you are ready for a quick breakfast, gourmet meal or a favorite snack.
Kitchen Nook
The kitchen nook, right next to the family room, is a casual setting with 2 bar stools at the counter. The
table with 4 chairs is a perfect spot for a quick meal or to play a game.
Living Room/Dining Room
The Living Room and Dining Room, located at the front of the house, make a nice retreat away from all
the Family Room and Pool activity . The dining room table seats 6, and the living room has a
comfortable Love Seat and Sofa that converts to a queen size bed.
Infant Equipment
We have traveled with infants before, so we know how much "stuff" you need to keep them comfortable
and happy. To ensure the comfort of even our smallest guests, we provide a high chair, portable crib,
and stroller for our guests to use during their stay. There is no extra charge for the use of these items.
Laundry Area
Do you like to pack light? Not a problem! A full size washer & dryer and an ironing board & iron are
there if you need them. Throw a load in while relaxing by the pool or in front of the TV. Won't it be nice
when you return home and have clean clothes to unpack rather than piles of dirty laundry?
Pool/Spa
Relax by our fabulous pool/spa which is south facing to ensure you have plenty of sunshine any time of
the year! Our pool area features a screened enclosure (no bugs) and an extended deck, comfortable
lounge chairs, and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. For the safety of our guests, our pool/spa is
equipped with a child safety fence. The Pool/Spa can be heated upon request.
After a busy day at the parks and attractions, there's no better way to relax than to watch your children
swim, play, and wear themselves out. Mom and Dad, think how nice it will be later in the evening when
your step outside your door and relax in your own private spa with your favorite refreshments while the
children sleep peacefully in their own bedrooms!
